She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Palestine Anderson and Mary Tignor Anderson; and her husband James Robert Brogdon. She is survived by: her children, W. T. Brogdon (Vickie), Rick Brogdon (Martha) and Becky Courson (Keith); her grandchildren, Rob Brogdon (Angie), Mandy Kubbs (Kirt), Matt Brogdon, Kristi Schalk (Darren), Megan Royall (J. R.) and Paige Boggs (Justin); her great grandchildren, Jonah Brogdon, Jake Schalk, Gabriel Brogdon, Abby Schalk, Alli Schalk, Lucas Brogdon, Hadley Boggs, Sophia Royall and Trae Royall; her siblings-in-law, Margaret Brogdon and Tom Coston; and her caregiver Michelle Carpenter. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
