She was predeceased by: her parents, John Brown and Nanette Clary Morrison. She is survived by: her husband Robert G. Phillips, Jr. (R. G.) of Statesville; her children, Donna P. Meyer (Steve) of Pittsboro, NC, Amy P. Sanders (Jack) of Carrboro, NC, Stacey P. Whaley (Brad) of Troutman, NC and David M. Phillips of Statesville, NC; and her brother Terry Morrison (Barbara) of Salisbury, NC. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Nicholson Funeral Home (135 E Front St, Statesville, NC 28677). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
