It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Eugene Southard (Statesville, North Carolina), who passed away on June 19, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Southard and Barbara G. Southard; and his brother Scott Douglass Southard. He is survived by: his fiancée Jennifer Hennessey; his children, Barbara Southard (Timothy Huffman), Caitlyn Greenlee, Colby Southard, Cynthia Huffman, Tiffany Porter (Ted Porter), Jesse Yeomans, Oakley Porter, Everly Porter, Jadyn Southard and John Southard; and his stepmother Betty Southard. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
