He was predeceased by: his parents, Buster Coite Moose and Hazel Martin Moose; his wife Cynthia Diane Rumple Moose; and his brothers, Daniel Coite Moose and Donald W. Moose.
He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Michelle Moose, Samantha Ashley Moose and Martin Dean Moose; his brother David M. Moose (Jeanie); his sister-in-law Sandy Moose; his niece Tammy (Lauren); his nephews, Andrew (Ashley) and Justin (Natalia); his great-nieces, Reece and Georgia; and his great-nephew August.
