He was predeceased by: his wife Sally; and his parents, Newman and Florence. He is survived by: his cousins, Wiley H. Lewis (Donna), Doug Willis (Diane), Francis Creech and Barry Creech (Michaela); his children, Mickey (Ashley Lewis), Dewey (Patti Lewis), Anne (Jonathan Brooks) and David (Sonja Lewis); and his grandchildren, Sally Beck, Katie Haywood, Max Lewis, Gray Brooks, Emmie Brooks, Piper Lewis, Darbee Lewis and Boomer Lewis. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
