She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kirby and Wanda McCraw Kirby; and her husband S. Arnold Nunnery. She is survived by: her children, S. Arnold "Arnie" Nunnery, Jr. and Mary Ava Nunnery; her grandchildren, Justin Wheeler and A. J. Nunnery; her sisters, Ginny Kirby Grimm and Nancy Thompson; and her brother-in-law Ronald Nunnery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
