She was predeceased by: her parents, Webb Whitworth and Ursula Puttman Whitworth; her husband Paul; and her sons, J. C., John and Frank.
She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Whitworth, Teena Rupard and Lorea Slaten. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
