She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Andrew Ferguson, Sr. and Bertha Ferguson Smyre; and her son Johnny Eugene Bellamy, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Herman Caple; her great-nephew Donald Clark; her daughters, Angela Ferguson of Statesville and Gloria Caple (Eric Fletcher) of Statesville; her stepson Josh Caple of High Point; her siblings, Carl Ferguson (Christina) of Hartford, Clyde Ferguson of Statesville, Scotland Ferguson of Taylorsville, Cynthia Bowman (Jimmy) of Statesville, Bertha Ferguson Wood of Statesville and Beverly Mattox of Statesville; her grandchildren, Andrew Bradshaw, Alexis Maddox, Quinn Caple, Kortney Maddox and Jalyn Caple; and her great grandchildren, Remi Campbell, Amir Bradshaw, Kinsley Campbell, Kehlani Bradshaw and Kayden Caple. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
