He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Lowtharpe (Triplett); his sister Judy Ann Lowtharpe; and his uncle Ralph Lowtharpe. He is survived by: his father Charlie Lee Lowtharpe; his sister Donna Hall (Ray); his nephews, Will and Davis Hall; his aunt Madge Lowtharpe of Texas; his cousins, Teri Jones of Texas and Debbie Markwell of Texas; and his caregiver Robin Bell.
