She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Clyde Ball and Rema Hudson Ball; and her brother Maretha Ball Carter. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Rash; and her siblings, Betsy B. Mize of Lancaster, SC and Rev. Clyde Ball Jr. (Lillian) of Advance, NC.. She is also survived by six nieces, one nephew, and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
