She is survived by: her daughter Cassandra Bradshaw O'Neal of Winston Salem, NC; her grandsons, Eric Colvert O'Neal (Marjorie) of Statesville, NC and Brian Travis O'Neal of Raleigh, NC; her great grandchildren, DaNajah Ren5e O'Neal of Winston Salem, NC and Aseelah Renee O'Neal of Winston Salem, NC; and her son-in-law Everette Lee O'Neal of Winston Salem, NC. She is also survived by dog, "Knuckles", and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, church family, and friends.
