He is survived by: his sons, Gary Welborn (Sharon), Mark Welborn (Michelle) and Michael Welborn (Crystal); his siblings, Jimmy Welborn, Alfred Welborn, Mildred Blanton (Kenny) and Rozelle Douglas (Robert); his grandchildren, Kayla Welborn Wells (Ray), Arron Welborn, Brittany Welborn Vargas (Luis), Hailey Welborn and Makayley Welborn; and his great grandchild Luis Alexander Vargas.
