Lillian Trivette Shoemaker Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian Trivette Shoemaker of Statesville, North Carolina, born in Alexander, North Carolina, who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Trivette and Marietta S. Trivette; her husband Richard Franklin Shoemaker; and her brother Larry Trivette. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Shoemaker (Amy) of Clemmons, Randy Shoemaker of Hamptonville, John Shoemaker of Statesville and Kathy J. Gallagher of Jacksonville, Florida; her siblings, Charles Trivette of Harmony and Linda Jolly of Statesville; her sister-in-law Betty Bolin of Statesville; her grandchildren, Kassie Armstrong (J. J.), Adam Nations (Megan), Sarah Nations and Tamara Shoemaker; her great grandchildren, Emily Armstrong, Amia Green, Lily Nations and Everly Nations; her great great grandchild Chloe Woods; and her caregivers, Renee, Phyllis, Barbara and Lillian. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home in the Westmoreland Chapel (705 Davie Ave, Statesville, NC 28677). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
