We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2024, at the age of 77, Larry Wayne Taylor of Statesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Dub" Charles Taylor and Lucille Campbell Greer; and his brothers, Bobby Ray Campbell and Gerald Willam Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Byers Taylor; his daughter Wendy Taylor-Gregory (Douglas); and his sister Faye Taylor Todd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to those organizations that were close to Larry's heart, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Samaritan's Purse.
