He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bud" Eudy and Margaret Ruth Burris Eudy; and his sister Amelia Barringer. He is survived by: his wife Frances Almond Eudy; his children, Lyndall Eudy of Mooresville, NC, Tammy Eudy Seaford (Chip) of Mocksville, NC and Allen Eudy (Olga) of Clemmons, NC.; his grandchildren, Dustin Seaford (Megan), Megan Godbey (Brandon) and Caden Seaford; and his siblings, Sidney Eudy, Ervin Eudy and Myra Helms. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home (705 Davie Ave, Statesville, NC 28677). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Chapel of the Funeral Home.
