She is survived by: her significant other Windy Whitehead; her children, William Kade Parker, Paxton Parker and Autumn Wren Siciliano; her brother Brian F. Chapman (Stacy); her nephew William Chapman; and her niece Catherine Chapman. She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
