He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Beaver Sells; and his siblings, Paul Sells, Pauline Sells Sherrill and Gilda Sells Setzer. He is survived by: his siblings, Elsie Speaks, Trudy Parker (Jerry), Vincent Sells and Allen Sells (Lynda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
