She is survived by: her father Andrew Miller; her husband Edward Blackwell; her children, Joshua Alvarez (Katelyn) of Bedford Heights, OH, Daniella Alvarez of Troutman, NC, Matthew Alvarez of Charlotte, NC and Olivia Blackwell of Troutman, NC.; and her brothers, Michael Miller of Colorado Springs, CO, Todd Miller of Hickory, NC and Brian Miller (Shelly) of Granville, OH. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren.
