She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Dobbins and Naomi Pearson Dobbins; her daughters, Margaret Dobbins and Catherine Dobbins; her grandson Terry Dobbins; and her brothers, Julius Dobbins and Charles Dobbins.
She is survived by: her children, John Dobbins (Gwen), Kenny Dobbins (Beverly), Betty Edwards (WC), Lisa Hunter (James) and Barbara Turner; and her brother James Dobbins (Virginia). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 80 great and great-great-grandchildren.
