It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Susan Pestlin of Statesville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 20, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Pestlin; her sister Lori Stewart Hedrick; her brother-in-law Ray Marvin Stewart; her children, Jeffrey Ryan Pestlin, Jameson Lee Pestlin and Victoria Elaine Pestlin; her mother Mary Hedrick; her siblings, Cindy Diane Sigmon and Lee Eric Hedrick; her nephew Michael Blake Thorne; and her nieces, Jessica Rose Hester, Stephanie Cedillons and Emily Stewart.
