He is survived by: his mother Jill Booth; his brother Garrett Deweese (Elizabeth); his grandmother Edna Goelzer; his nieces and nephews, Khloe, Wade and Maelyn; and his cousins, Jen Booth, Jamie Booth, Kaitlyn Fox and Justin Fox.
