Ratcliff, III of Glen Heights, Texas; his great grandchild Marley Ratcliff; his brother Dwight Ratcliff (Fonda); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Turner of Winston-Salem, Larry Turner (Betty) of Charlotte, Kamau Waalee of Statesville, Robin Turner (Joann) of Charlotte and Allen Turner of Statesville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, neighbors and dear friends.
