He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Moore; and also Debbie Ashley Moore. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Harris Moore; his wife Jane Elmore Moore; his children, Bradley Moore and Dedra Chapman (Daniel); his grandchildren, Austin Chapman, Bryson Chapman, Payton Chapman and Paislyn Chapman; and his siblings, Dale Moore (Donna), Terry Moore (Nancy), Kent Moore (Vicky) and Pam Lum (Lynn). He is also survived by mother, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
