He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Taylor and Ethel Childers Taylor; and the mother of his children Carolyn Doby Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Campbell Yates Taylor; his children, Rene Crowder (Philip) and Jeff Taylor (Ronda); his stepchildren, David Yates (Kelly), Darrin Yates, Dana Patrick (Charlie) and Sam Hyde (Anna); his sister Ann Gillis (Fred); his grandchildren, Erica Stevenson (Seth), Stephanie Burch (Alex), Logan Taylor (McKenzie), Erin, Ben Yates, Zachary, Eli and Jacob Patrick; and his great grandchildren, William, Evan, Owen Stevenson and Noah Taylor.
