He was predeceased by: his parents, Banks Moose and Shirley Moose; and his brother David Moose. He is survived by: his siblings, Marsha Blake (Fred), Belinda Mudd (Ernie), Becky Paulson (William), Janice Harding (Keith), Bobby Moose (Carla) and Banks Moose, Jr.. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
