Phillips (Mandy) and Jerald Higgs (Jackie); his grandchildren, Cody Phillips, Timothy Phillips, Mystain Phillips, Amber Sage (Nick), Kaleb Webster, Christian Webster and Anna Webster; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, Maverick, Kirey and Evie.
