He is survived by: his wife Rachel Patterson Reavis; his daughters, Amy Reavis Miller and Wendy Reavis McKinney (Derek); his grandchildren, Amber Miller (Nathan Wyatt), Benjamin Miller (Chelsea), Taylor McKinney and Addison McKinney Miethe (Noah); and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Wyatt, Callie Miller, Riley and Chloe Miethe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Central Volunteer Fire Department Building Fund, 4634 Wilkesboro Hwy., Statesville, NC 28625.
