With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jacob Mitch Goodman of Statesville, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 39. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lib, Ludie Thigpen and Bud Goodman; and his uncle Ronnie Goodman. He is survived by: his parents, Cory Goodman and Kim Porter Goodman; his significant other Mary Beth Pence; his son Cory Scott Goodman; his sister Ashley Tomlin (Tyler); his nieces, Taeya and Gemma Tomlin; his grandmother Glenda Goodman; his aunts and uncles, Sabrina Moore (Aaron), Slade Goodman (Edwina), Dana Fox (Richard) and Phyllis Wilson (Larry); and his great-aunt Carol Phillips. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
