He is survived by: his son Jack Lamont Farewell IV; his granddaughter Marisa Brittle; his parents, Tina Farewell and Jack Farewell Jr.; his brother Brian Farewell; his grandparents, Kathy Holman, Dale and Denise Rosenberg; his great-grandparent Esther Ryan; his uncles, Chris Drew (Jessica) and Elwin Drew (Andrea); and his close friend Jamie Reed.
