He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Nicholson and Viola Lewis Nicholson; and his wife Mamie Parker Nicholson. He is survived by: his sons, Howard Nicholson (Pam), Jeffrey Nicholson (Kim) and Stephen Nicholson (Elaine). He is also survived by his seven grandchildren; and his seven great-grandchildren.
