He is survived by: his children, Allison Michaels of Germany, Briana White, Jordan White, Amber White Galeazzi (Blake) and Michael White; his sisters, Tappy Keiger of Statesville and Shelia Coryea; his nieces and nephews, Amy Hendry, Crystal Cabrera, Andrea Mebane, RJ Vanhoy, Johnny Wicker and Bonnie Wicker; and the mother of his children Kristina White.
