He is survived by: his sons, Jason Prestwood (Lisa) of Lenoir and Robert Prestwood (Jeri) of Grantie Falls; his grandchildren, Tyler Prestwood of Colorado Springs, CO, Branden Prestwood of Lenoir, Cheslie Prestwood of Granite Falls, Seth Prestwood of Granite Falls and Brittney Prestwood of Lenoir; his great grandchild Jackson Hamby; and his siblings, Mary Lebeouf of Houma, LA, Shirley Hitt (Jim) of Burlington, NC, David Prestwood of Lenoir, NC and Ralph Prestwood (Linda) of Aiken, SC..
