She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Allen Reid and Sarah "Sadie" Scott Reid; her husband James Rodney Ramseur Sr.; her siblings, Kenneth Reid, Melvin Reid June Reid, Herbert Reid and Lula Mae Stovall; her children, James Rodney Ramseur Jr. (Dana) of Greensboro and Latoya Lester, Jr. (James); her siblings-in-law, Alma Reid, Lorna Ramseur, Debbie Ramseur, Elizabeth Ramseur, Carol Ramseur, Mary Tatum, Robert Ramseur and Donnie Ramseur; her nephew Steven Starks; her niece Phyllis Starks; and her grandchildren, Kendyl Ramseur, Kalaya Ramseur and Kemani Starks. She was also cherished by cousins other relatives and friends.
