She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Brotherton and Cleo Sprinkle Brotherton; her husband Mansfield Ball; her sons, Terry Ball and Joey Ball; her son-in-law Jim Campbell; her grandson Bryan Campbell; and her siblings, Ruth Williams, Gay Stevenson and John Brotherton.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Campbell of Statesville, Audrey Ketchie (Steve) of Statesville and Jerry Ball (Doris) of Statesville; her daughter-in-law Carol Ball of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Donavan Campbell (Kayla), Stephanie Wright (Rob), Tennille Sherrill (John) and Whitney Reavis (James); her great grandchildren, Julia Cates, Ellis Cates, Anna Wright, Jett Wright, Jaken Campbell and Emma Reavis; her sister Joan Forsyth (Lenual); her siblings-in-law, John Stevenson and Dolores Brotherton; and also Josh Byrd. She is also survived by grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
