He was predeceased by: his parents, John Johnson and Blanche Mastin Johnson; and his brothers, Jay Cothren and Grady Johnson. He is survived by: his siblings, Dale Pendergrass (Judy), Millie Johnson, Becky Dellinger (Bill) and Pat Shoemaker (Wayne); his sisters-in-law, Faye Johnson and Bunny Cothren; and also Iverson Riddle.
