He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick George and Millicent June Martin Lampe Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Waggener; his stepson Justin Waggener; his sister-in-law Renee C. Scheidt; and his siblings, Chris (Kelli), John (Elaine), Pam Sprague and Nancy Barrymore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
