Faye Todd; and his siblings, Don Burgess (Sindy) of Gastonia, NC, Roy Burgess (Patti) of St. Albans, WV and Cindy Beane (Jeffrey) of St. Albans, WV.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Frank will be missed by everyone that knew him but today, Frank is in paradise with God, his angels, and saints. No more pain, fear, or worries just eternal happiness for the rest of eternity.
