He is survived by: his parent Edna Davis Neel; his wife Janice Miller Neel; his daughter Lorie Neel Geisler (James) of Statesville; and his grandsons, Brandon Geisler (Katie) of North Huntingdon and Logan Geisler (Lindsay) of Virginia Beach.
