He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Abercrombie and Allie Horne Abercrombie; and his sister Ann Colley. He is survived by: his sister Maxine Claar of Burlington; his children, Gray (Beverly) of Pineville, NC, Ann of Durham, NC and Brenda Lynn of Mebane, NC; his grandchildren, Ashlyn, Meredith and Julian; and his great grandchild Nolan.
