He was predeceased by: his parents, Decatur Jackson Phillips and Mildred Pounds Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Kay Phillips; his sons, Jack Phillips (Angi) and Clark Phillips (Grace); his brother Jack Phillips (Charlene); and his grandchildren, Samantha, Carson, Cooper and Clay.
