He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Rankin and Jean Elizabeth McClelland; and his grandparents, Reverend Carlton P. McClelland and Laura Elizabeth McClelland. He is survived by: his stepmother Margaret Rankin; his siblings, Lawrence Ijames, Ryan Rankin, Milton Rankin Jr., Dr. Sheila Ijames, Laura Ijames and Michelle Rankin; his uncles, Pete McClelland and Henry McClelland; his niece Nyiesha Graham; his nephew Tavares Ijames; and his close friend Shirah Rinehardt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
