He was predeceased by: his parents, Godfrey Theodore Wilson and Margaret Elizabeth Sprague Wilson; and his sister Donna Jean Wilson. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Jakielski (Paul); his granddaughters, Jaydon Brunson (Karleigh) of Charlotte, Mathilda Frank of Asheville and Dinnen Frank; and his sister-in-law Catherine Burford (Doug) of West Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Troutman Funeral Home (345 N Main St, Troutman, NC 28166). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
