He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Blair Creedmore, Sr. and Ila Rosell Austin Creedmore; his wife Joyce Ann Cook Creedmore; his girlfriend Helen Jenkins; and his brothers, Ardon Davis Creedmore, Ralph Austin Creedmore, B. Creedmore, Jr. and Johnny Spencer Creedmore.
He is survived by: his son Donald "Blair" Creedmore, Jr. (Tracy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
