She is survived by: her husband Thomas Starnes; her daughter Hailey Starnes; her parents, Jackie Lynn Campbell and Kaye Bumgarner Campbell of Harmony, NC; and her siblings, Joey Chad Campbell of Columbia, SC and Jackie Maria Campbell Head (Wendy Lynn Campbell Byrd) of Statesville, NC.
