He is survived by: his wife Tina Shonna Weeks Moore; his children, Kelli Caldwell of Statesville, NC, Christopher Moore Jr., Antonio Moore of Winston Salem, NC and Christian Moore of Statesville, NC; his parents-in-law, John Leach and Denise Leach; his siblings, Harry Moore of Statesville, NC, Carl Gibbs of Statesville, NC and Stephanie Reid (Curtis) of Statesville, NC; his sisters-in-law, Tinka Leach of Salisbury, NC and Lakisha Weeks of Kannapolis, NC; and his close friend Rob Morrison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
