He is survived by: his daughter Latoya Morrison; his siblings, Greg Rucker, Lylod Rucker, Gary Rucker, Rickey Rucker, Freddie Rucker, Tewanna Rucker Lawrence, Jackie Rucker Robertson, Gloria Rucker, Brenda Dean, Deborah Rucker and Sheela Rucker; and his grandchildren, Shieam Torrence, Keyara Torrence and Keith Torrence, Jr.. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rutledge and Bigham Mortuary (603 S Center St, Statesville, NC 28677). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at the Belmont Cemetery (2000 E Greenbriar Rd, Statesville, NC 28625).
