She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Allen Waugh and Dixie Zurbrugg Waugh; her husband Gregory Scot Caldwell; her sons, Glenn Allen Caldwell (Dawn) and Brian Scott Caldwell (Ashley); her grandchildren, Gretchin Howell, Joanna "Jo-Jo" Howell, Allison Caldwell, Annie Caldwell, Frankie Caldwell and Charlie Caldwell; and her siblings, Greg Waugh (Linda), Jeff Waugh, Lori Hobbs (Steve), Kathy Leonard (David) and Lisa Duke (Andy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
