C., Fralicha Ramseur of Statesville, Sheila Ramseur of Salisbury, Emily Ramseur of Statesville, Charlene Ramseur of Statesville, Paula R. Houpe (Samuel) of Charleston, S. C., Jevar Harris Ramseur of Statesville and Quadarius Ramseur of Statesville; and his siblings, Larry Scott of California, Michael S. Scott of Atlanta, Charles Shuford (Marlene) of Statesville, Brenda Shuford Allred of Hickory, Joyce L. Scott of Pittsburgh, Melba J. Moss (Donald) of Atlanta and Velma J. Livingston of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family and friends.
