It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Lee Lowtharpe of Statesville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. "Bill" Lowtharpe and Nonnie S. Lowtharpe; his wife Annie T. Lowtharpe; his children, Lynn Ray Lowtharpe and Judy Ann Lowtharpe; and his brother Ralph D. Lowtharpe.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna L. Hall; his son-in-law Raymond Davis Hall; his grandsons, William Ray Hall of South Carolina and Davis Sterling Hall of South Carolina; his sister-in-law Madge T. Lowtharpe; his nieces, Teresa L. Jones of Texas and Debbie L. Markwell of Texas; and his caregiver Robin Bell.
