He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Taft and Marion Taylor Taft. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Hoeflin Taft; and his children, Linda Roundtree (Joe), John Taft (Lisa), Amy Pierce (Bob), Sheila Kester (Bruce) and Jennifer Billingsley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
